Privacy Policy

A plain-language explanation of what Reix Pulse processes, why it is needed, and how to make a privacy request.

Effective 22 July 2026Version 2026-07-22

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to Reix Pulse websites, company workspaces, mobile-responsive experiences, and support services operated by Reix Innovation Technologies ("Reix", "we", "us").

A customer company normally decides why and how its lead, employee, and customer data is used in Reix Pulse. In that situation, the customer company is responsible for its instructions and notices, and Reix processes the information to provide the service. Reix is responsible for account, billing, website, security, and direct support information that it collects for its own purposes.

2. Personal data we process

  • Account and company details: name, work email, mandatory phone number, company profile, role, password hash, Google account identifier when selected, and workspace preferences.
  • CRM information: lead and customer contact details, sources, statuses, consent state, product value, notes, assignments, follow-ups, tasks, and campaign/work-plan references entered by an authorised workspace user.
  • Work activity: attendance punches or login-session times, regularization requests, task progress, call outcomes, and call recordings uploaded by authorised users.
  • Consultation, support, and security data: consultation requests, service interests, support messages, audit events, session identifiers, login attempts, request metadata, error records, browser/device information, and IP address where available.

3. Why we use it

  • create and secure accounts and company workspaces;
  • respond to consultation requests and provide lead, task, attendance, reporting, export, and support features requested by the customer company;
  • prevent abuse, investigate incidents, enforce role and tenant isolation, and maintain audit records;
  • communicate service, support, security, and material policy updates;
  • meet legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process personal data only for a lawful purpose, including providing a service you or your company requested, complying with law, protecting the service, or acting on valid consent where consent is required. Company registration requires a clear acceptance of this policy, and the accepted policy version and time are recorded. A workspace must not upload or contact a lead unless it has an appropriate lawful basis and has recorded the lead's consent or opt-out state accurately.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. We disclose it only to authorised members of the relevant company workspace; infrastructure, database, email, authentication, storage, monitoring, and support providers that are bound to protect it; professional advisers; a successor in a properly controlled business transaction; or an authority when disclosure is legally required. Placeholder integrations are not given data unless a customer deliberately enables a real integration and the product identifies that transfer.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep information only while it is needed for the purposes above, the customer contract, sales or support follow-up, security, dispute handling, backup expiry, or a legal retention duty. Account and CRM data is normally retained while the workspace is active. Consultation requests are retained only while the enquiry and reasonable follow-up remain relevant. Short-lived sessions, reset records, failed imports, and operational logs follow shorter schedules. When deletion is approved, live data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised and protected backup copies expire through the backup cycle, unless a legal hold applies.

7. Security

Reix Pulse uses role-based access, company-level tenant isolation, encrypted transport in production, password hashing, secure session cookies, rate limiting, audit logging, input and file validation, and restricted export and recording access. No system is risk-free. If we confirm a personal-data breach, we will contain it, document it, and notify affected parties and authorities when required.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for information about processing, access, correction, completion, erasure, withdrawal of consent, or grievance redressal. You may also nominate another person where applicable. We may verify identity and authority before acting. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may prevent a requested feature from working.

9. Cookies, children, and international processing

Reix Pulse uses essential cookies for secure sign-in and session continuity. We do not use the CRM to knowingly offer services directly to children. Customer companies must not add children's data without the consent and safeguards required by law. Service providers may process information outside your state or country; where that occurs, we use contractual and technical safeguards and follow applicable transfer restrictions.

10. Requests, grievances, and changes

Start a privacy or grievance request through the authenticated Support area so it can be verified and audited, or email hello@reix.in. You can also write to Reix Innovation Technologies, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, or call +91 90616 33192. Please include the company workspace and the right you want to exercise, but never send a password or full call recording by email.

We may update this policy when the product, providers, or law changes. We will publish the new effective date and provide an additional notice for material changes. This policy is intended to be clear and operational; it is not a waiver of rights available under law.
